maybe said boss doesnt know how to turn said cellphone off?
for example: today i am at my bar exam prep lecture, and the lecturer’s cell keeps ringing. and each time he appologizes b/c he doesnt know how to make it go silent. Finally, the FOURTH time it rings, he literally tosses it to a girl in the audience so SHE can turn it off.
these kids with their newfangled technology. sheesh.

And the attorney who I occasionally help out has a cellphone, but has never figured out how to check her messages. And doesn’t want anyone else to try and help her.
