I think they are more funny when they aren't trying to be. Being in the accounting department, they would follow me around when I had client account balances in hand for them to review and take money from. Rarely did I make it down to the mail room to their boxes before it was snatched out of my hands. Now THAT was funny - they really CAN smell money.
