Hi,
Sending unsilicited advice - ignore if you feel, no worries.
When constructing a site here are some tips.

1. Most inexperienced web builders inclued tooooo much content. Keep it conservative in volume.
2. Consider the site in two mail headings: content and design. Try to think of only one of these elements at any one time, in any one conversation with a co-worker of client.
3. Content determins the sites architecture/map/shape. This is the most important element.
4. Marketing determines design.

There’s good news. I will have some help As it turns out, basically I just have to come up with the DESIGN (how I want it to look), and create the images - and somebody else will build it.
