I’ve never heard of water parks in a housing community. Things don’t get much better than that!
There is no way, with all those mirrors that superstition thing can even work. I mean, that’d be like 100 years of bad luck? Plus, have someone else break them.
I’m so happy you & your husband didn’t rush in & buy the houses that really didn’t suit you. This one sounds perfect & like a “home” & that’s what you want. And now, when are you having more babies?

a water park right there? How cool is that!!
Good luck with this, the counter offer part is my least favorite. it’s hard to know what to expect and I don’t like surprises.

Water parks are the new “in”. Really cool feature IMO. Is this house in Rowlett because there is a community that has a really nice water park. I have a friend that lives there and I just think it is beautiful.
