Go figure. Time Warner is on my shit list. They have the absolute worst customer service ever. Once when my service went out (because of construction) I called to tell them. We used to have Comcast & then TWC bought 3 companies in 1 day. Suddenly everybody in So. Cal had screwed up cable service. It was even on the news! TWC is the <i>only</i> company I've ever dealt with, that when there is a crisis and you call them, after waiting some 20 minutes on HOLD, you get a recording saying they are unavailable and to please call back later. CLICK! No chance to leave a message or talk to anybody. They hang up on you, well, the machine does. They don't care because they have no competition. Did I already say I hate them? We'll never have them for anything but our cable because I won't depend on them for our internet or phone. But fortunately, in that area, we have a choice.
