I am getting angry at TW just reading your two posts and am thankful we don't have them for our service provider. I remember we had some awful experiences with the provider here when we first moved here. I had to call the phone company every month for almost a year because they screwed up our bills so badly. Among other things. *shudder-must repress those bad memories again...* I feel for you! Our cell phones don't work at our house either. Weird. Nothing riles me up quicker than awful customer service.
